Men in general are just pigs. I remember while growing up, my dad would sometimes try to hit my mom during a fight, and she would promptly kick his ass afterward. From watching all the shitty Arab dads around me, I think I've grown to be very sensitive to feminist issues. I just hope all the other guys around me grow up the same rather than adopting their parents' backwards ass ways.

I don't like that accusation. People usually use it to silece critics. Anyone who is fed up with bad things in their own culture can be easily shut up with "you're self hating." It's too easy.
